Inverloch Food and Wine tours is run by your hostesses, Kate and Chloe.

We started this business to show-off the growing number of amazing local producers in the South Gippsland region, ranging from wine, to cheese, beer, gin, honey and cider, just to name a few!

Kate originally has a background in events management and nursing and Chloe’s background is hospitality and marketing. We are actually sister-in-laws, so technically it is a family business.

Kate has lived in a few spots in Gippsland including: Trafalgar, Mirboo North, Inverloch and Sale. Chloe is originally from Bendigo but now lives in Wonthaggi.

The South Gippsland/Bass Coast region is a beautiful spot to stay amongst the rolling green hills and beside the coast. Wouldn’t it be lovely if you could explore the local cellar doors and farm gates and not have to worry about driving?

That is where we come in. Let us do the driving and organising for you. We can recommend all the best spots for wine, beer, gin, cheese and more, depending on your fancies.

We are not just about whisking you from cellar door to cellar door. Our philosophy is to take it slow. You will visit 3-4 venues, to ensure you have time to fully enjoy each location and immerse yourself in the ambience and views. 

After each tasting we encourage you to grab a beverage, sit back and relax.

We are also very much about food. We provide food at two of the locations: a grazing platter and a shared lunch. South Gippsland has some fantastic cheeses and produce. We can also oraganise a purely food based tour if that is more your cup of tea.

Meet the producers, have a chat with friends and absorb the scenery.

In summer this may mean enjoying the outdoors and on cooler days this may mean snugly, by a fire, looking out (those hills aren’t green for nothing!).
